Sales Are Final
Purchasing apparel and other logo decorated items are produced as a custom product for the color and size selected. There is no opportunity to return or exchange items for a different color or size. Make sure you have selected the correct size and color before completing your purchase.
Warranty
We make no warranty of merchantability or suitability of use for any product. We will repair or replace any product due to a manufacture's defect that is brought to our attention within the first 10 days after product shipment. We can not be responsible for mis-use or improper care and handling of purchased products.
Dye-lot variances (for which we have no control) may cause slight differences in color appearance of apparel items when purchased at different times. We do our best to make sure colors are matched but without guaranty.
BYOG embroidery quality control techniques employs its best effort attempt to achieve exact alignment with the grain of fabrics although, due to varied mil practices outside of BYOG control, BYOG can not guaranty 100% alignment 100% of the time. BYOG guarantees that approved digital images will exactly match client requirements for placement and stitch count. BYOG does not guaranty or warranty any garment or embroidery thread against abusive use, colorfastness or normal wear and tear.
