Although it is rare that shipped client goods may be received damaged or in some other form fail to meet client needs, the following policy sets forth our procedure to return items for credit, repair or replacement.

Policy & Procedure

  1.       Notify BYOG within 48 hours of client receipt of goods in the event the goods provided by BYOG require repair or replacement.

  2.       Customers need to review the need for repair or replacement with BYOG materials management as a first step.

 

  3.       BYOG materials management will provide an Return Authorization number (RA) to the customer for reference and shipping identification.  Requests for credit, repair or replacement can not be processed without an RA number.

 

4.       Upon BYOG receipt of authorized goods returns, BYOG will implement the repair or replacement remedy to best suit client circumstances and within the original scope of work parameters.  

 

5.       Expenses for shipping and handling shall be borne by each respective shipper.

 

6.        Only store (BYOG) credit and no cash credit will be issued as compensation for repair or replacement of damaged goods.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
